We decided to simply call this syndicate after this colt's sire, Tapit, who was an eye-catching grey trained by Michael Dickinson in the USA. As a racehorse Tapit won the Wood Memorial (Gr 1) and since retiring to stud in 2005, has already produced three individual Group 1 winners including the brilliant two year old filly 'Stardom Bound' who won the Breeder's Cup Juvenile Fillies. He is also responsible for a further ten individual Listed winners which is an excellent result for a stallion with only two crops to race.
